Tutor Unavailability: If the assigned tutor is consistently unavailable or unable to conduct the sessions as per the agreed schedule.

Medical or Personal Emergencies: In case of medical or personal emergencies that prevent the student from continuing the course.

3. Refund Request Process

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course start date or payment date.

Submission: Refund requests should be submitted in writing to divinedaivikdiksha@gmail.com. Include your name, course details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.


Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. You will be notified of the decision via email.

4. Refund Calculation

Full Refund: Full refunds may be granted if the request is made before the first session or if the service is completely inaccessible.

Partial Refund: Partial refunds may be issued based on the number of sessions attended or the portion of the course completed. The refund amount will be prorated accordingly.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued if the request is made after completing a significant portion of the course or if the dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., lack of personal motivation).

Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees are non-refundable.

Materials: Any course materials that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
